The role requires reliable attendance, ability to learn dough preparation, maintain sanitation, and assist with pastries, donuts, cakes as needed. No advanced education required; one year bakery-related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery operations or a Bakery Apprenticeship.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repeated motions.
• 18 years of age or older.
• No minimum education required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for the oven.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery areas.
• Inspect equipment for performance and maintenance.
• Assist in finishing donuts, pastries, pies and cakes.
• Adhere to safety policies and dress code.
• Attend shift start and be present at workstation.
• Support other departments during promotions.
• Stock and stock incoming products.
