Jeff's Bagel Run in Brandon, FL is hiring dependable Bakers to start bagel production early each morning. You’ll prepare dough, bake bagels, and maintain quality and cleanliness while thriving in a fast-paced bakery environment.

We offer training, a team-focused workplace, and opportunities for growth as we expand. Must be willing to work early shifts in a small, hot space and lift up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or bakery experience is a plus.
• Fully training provided to learn our process.
• Must work in a small, hot space and stay disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Prepping and baking bagels.
• Open Bake and make dough mixtures in a timely manner.
• Knead and shape dough; monitor dough quality.
• Maintain sanitation and clean work area; follow cleaning procedures.
• Assist with front of house services when needed.
• Weekend availability is required.
