Job summary

Jeff's Bagel Run is opening a new location in Brandon, FL and seeks dependable Bakers to start the day with us. You will prepare dough, bake bagels, and maintain cleanliness while keeping production running smoothly. Training is provided and weekend availability is required.

Join a small, energetic team in a hot kitchen, capable of lifting up to 50lbs and working before sunrise. Expect shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours with opportunities across several day shifts.

Qualifications

• Bakery or restaurant experience preferred.
• Full training provided to learn our process.
• Must be willing to start as early as 4am and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepping and baking bagels.
• Open Bake procedures.
• Make all dough mixtures timely using correct procedures.
• Knead and shape dough.
• Monitor shelf life of dough and ingredients.
• Clean and sanitize work area and equipment.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Assist with front-of-house tasks when needed.
