Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 9+ years of progressive data science/analytics experience.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, and data pipelines.
• Ability to communicate complex results to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical strategy for complex operational, workflow, technology, and programmatic questions, aligned with priorities.
• Serve as lead SME for Microsoft Dataverse data structures, data management, analytical use cases, and integration.
• Assess data readiness, quality, lineage, and fitness for measures.
• Design and maintain reporting-ready Dataverse data models, transformations, and validation rules.
• Develop and apply statistical models, ML methods, and AI evaluations as appropriate.
• Perform hands-on analysis using Python, SQL, Dataverse queries, and related tools.
• Translate findings into concise, actionable products for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
