Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in statistics, data science, OR related quantitative field.
• 9+ years of progressive experience in applied data science, analytics, or data engineering.
• Proven ability to lead complex analytical efforts from problem definition to communication of results.
• Strong Python and SQL hands-on experience for workflows, transformations, and modeling.
• Experience designing data models, pipelines, and reporting-ready datasets.
• Experience with advanced analytics methods including ML, NLP, AI, or LLM evaluations.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, and cloud platforms.
• Ability to communicate methods, results, uncertainty, and limitations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytical strategy for complex questions aligned with customer priorities and decision needs.
• Serve as the SME for Microsoft Dataverse data structures and integration with reporting and analytics.
• Assess data readiness, quality, lineage, and accessibility for analyses.
• Design and maintain reporting-ready Dataverse data models, tables, and transformations.
• Develop and apply statistical models, ML methods, and AI evaluations as appropriate.
• Perform hands-on analysis using Python, SQL, and Dataverse queries; troubleshoot issues.
• Translate findings into concise, actionable products for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Lead standardization and governance for reproducibility, validation, and documentation.
• Create reusable notebooks, scripts, templates, and data dictionaries.
