Job summary

Focus Financial Partners is seeking an experienced Data & Integration Ops Engineer to ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation of our data platforms and integration pipelines. This role bridges data engineering and operations, applying DataOps and DevOps practices to own SLAs and proactively monitor systems.

You will work with data engineers, analytics engineers, and platform teams to deliver data accurately and on time, and you will thrive on troubleshooting complex systems in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering/operations with production data pipelines and platforms.
• Experience applying DevOps/DataOps or SRE practices to production data systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end data pipelines and ELT workloads across environments; ensure on-time data delivery and SLA compliance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows across Azure Integration Services and related components.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis, driving preventive measures.
• Administer production data access and governance (Snowflake RBAC, access policies) for security and compliance.
• Collaborate on deployments of new data models and pipelines; support CI/CD for data workflows.
