Job summary

Dexian seeks a proactive Data Platform Operations Engineer to ensure the operational readiness, performance, and availability of our cloud-based data platform. You will provide first-line support for platform applications, participate in disaster recovery, and work with cross-functional teams to uphold stability and compliance for billions of weekly transactions.

You will monitor health with observability tools, develop runbooks, manage IAM and data lifecycles, and contribute to training

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cloud data platform operations or support roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting to automate tasks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins) and infra automation (Terraform/Ansible).
• Experience with Linux administration and batch scheduling tools.
• Basic cloud infra management (AWS IaaS preferred; Azure/GCP acceptable).
• Understanding IT service management processes (incident/change).
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration skills.
