Job summary

Constellation Technologies is seeking a highly qualified cybersecurity software engineer for a federal contract based in Maryland. The role requires US citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and extensive experience with NiFi, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Linux, Docker, Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, and related data integration tools.

The ideal candidate will have eight years of direct experience, a BS in CS or related discipline, and a proven track record in system integration, dataflow

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Strong experience working knowledge of NiFi is required.
• In-depth understanding of corporate dataflow and knowledge of common tools such as DX, ElasticSearch, Kibana
• Intermediate knowledge of Linux and Docker
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, maintenance, with specific attention to NiFi dataflows and NiFi cluster management.
• Python scripting
• Experience with system integration, upgrade, and deployment activities.
• Experience working with systems that ingest large volumes of data.
• Experience with Elastic cluster management and deployment
• Experience creating Kibana visualizations and dashboards and enhancing data analytic solutions

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Required:

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph.
• Eight (08) years of direct/relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Strong experience working knowledge of NiFi is required
