Job summary

DSV is seeking a Team Lead for the datacenter environment in Clarksville, TN. You will oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory processes, while ensuring safety and quality in handling electronic components and server equipment.

Responsibilities include coordinating material movements, performing quality checks, and managing warehousing activities with a focus on efficiency and compliance. This hourly role requires hands-on operation and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to work with live electrical and electronic equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers, including shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight for correct part numbers and condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee server rack placement in the datacenter with laser measuring devices.
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks per diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware with hand, power and measuring tools.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area adhering to 5S standards.
• Push, pull and lift frequently throughout the workday.
