Job summary

DSV in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for A Shift to oversee loading/unloading, inventory control, and server rack installation in a datacenter setting. You will manage materials, ensure accuracy of parts, and lead a team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, shipping documentation, safety adherence, and cross-training across departments within the datacenter. Strong computer skills and safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
• Experience with computers is required.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound/outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for correct part numbers and conditions.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment of critical spare parts.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee server rack placement on the datacenter floor with accuracy.
• Install rack hardware and cabling into server racks per diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, following 5S standards.
