Job summary

DSV is seeking an NTK Team Lead - Pharmacy to oversee warehouse operations at the Clarksville datacenter. The role requires coordinating inbound/outbound freight, performing quality checks, managing inventory cycles, and guiding staff in the installation and setup of server racks and electronic components.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency, with responsibilities spanning cross‑training across departments and coaching team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards.
• Experience working with live electrical and electronic equipment.
• Ability to pass federal/state/local background checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers, including management of shipping documents and records.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers and quantities and ensuring pristine condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site at the datacenter.
• Process return shipments of various electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee and perform placement of server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with high accuracy.
• Oversee and perform population of electronic components and cabling into server racks per diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards through regular cleanup activities.
• Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday.
