Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Datacenter Systems Engineer to serve as the primary technical interface for rack-level integration with ODMs for next-generation data center products. You will debug complex issues, collaborate with ODM partners to streamline processes, and provide timely resolutions to support manufacturing test flows.

You will work with engineering design teams to ensure seamless integration of changes and offer critical feedback to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficient in identifying and resolving challenges effectively.
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong communication skills for customer quality support and engineering feedback.
• Willingness to travel onsite to ODM locations in North America and Asia.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical support for L10/L11 rack-level integration for ODMs.
• Collaborate closely with ODM partners to streamline rack-level integration processes.
• Debug and solve rack-level integration issues, providing timely resolutions for manufacturing test flows.
• Address factory issues to improve production line efficiency.
• Provide L11 customer quality support for product integration concerns.
• Work with engineering design teams to ensure seamless incorporation of changes.
• Offer direct feedback to manufacturing for continuous improvement.
