Job summary

The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong hardware expertise in high‑speed boards, and a track record of leading multi‑discipline teams. A related bachelor’s degree is required; MS preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing complex product systems.
• Deep understanding of high‑speed multi‑layer product boards.
• Strong hardware architecture knowledge and at‑scale datacenter deployment interaction.
• Hands‑on problem solving spanning software and hardware.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven leadership of multi‑discipline teams.
• Positive, proactive mindset with willingness to learn and teach.
• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; MS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture for datacenter systems from chip to datacenter.
• Collaborate with silicon, software, networking, operations, and other teams.
• Analyze performance, power, and cost to inform decisions.
• Guide product teams with architectural direction and new solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and partners while aligning roadmaps.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement to align industry roadmaps.
• Define and execute systems from concept to large deployments.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive solutions.
