NVIDIA in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a System Architect to drive datacenter system architecture from chip to large deployments. You will collaborate with silicon, software, networking, operations and other teams to inform decisions on performance, power, and cost, and to guide product direction.
The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong hardware expertise in high‑speed boards, and a track record of leading multi‑discipline teams. A related bachelor’s degree is required; MS preferred.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
