Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Industry Consultant - Datacenters to accelerate growth in the data center market. You will apply deep domain expertise in power, thermal, and automation systems and collaborate with hyperscalers, colo operators, EPCs, and consultants to influence design, specifications, and time-to-megawatt goals.

You will guide engagements with industry insights and help shape strategic initiatives while traveling up to 50% and supporting regional priorities across Rockwell’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel 30-50% of the time, with some international travel.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Advise hyperscalers and large colo operators on power, thermal, and automation strategy.
• Engage owners, OEMs, consultants early in design lifecycle.
• Lead consultative discussions with customers and workshops.
• Establish credibility with customers and internal teams.
• Share insights to strengthen alignment and value.
• Contribute to strategic planning with industry leads.
• Support regional initiatives aligned with capacity.
