Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree plus 3 years security/management experience.
• Experience in scheduling, operations or security industry required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong initiative with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills for reports.
• Client and staff interaction at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security personnel and operations.
• Manage staff schedules for adequate coverage.
• Conduct regular training on emergency procedures and safety.
• Oversee access control and secure facilities.
• Monitor CCTV, badging, alarms and access systems.
• Conduct security audits and recommend improvements.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate appropriate actions.
• Prepare detailed incident reports for leadership.
