Job summary

DSV is seeking a Reconfigurations Team Lead to oversee material orders, inventory management, and server component installation at the Bridgeport datacenter. You will manage inbound/outbound freight, perform quality checks, and ensure safety compliance on site.

Strong customer service and analytical skills are essential, with 3-5 years of related experience. The role requires hands-on use of hand and power tools, laser measurement for rack placement, and cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for accuracy and condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for spare parts on site.
• Process return shipments using warehouse management systems.
• Install server racks and cabling per diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain area cleanliness and adhere to 5S standards.
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability and attention to detail.
