Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Reconfigurations Team Lead at our USA Bridgeport datacenter. You will oversee material orders, inventory management and customer service while coordinating assembly and installation of servers and electronic components.

Strong attention to detail and safety are essential. The role requires 3–5 years’ related experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work across departments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in data center operations.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience with computers; knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge.
• Ability to read diagrams/schematics and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound/outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for accuracy and condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment of spare parts on site.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Install rack hardware and populate electronic components in server racks.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain safety standards on site.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to 5S standards; follow safety procedures.
