Job summary

DSV is seeking a Reconfigurations Team Lead at the Bridgeport (USA) datacenter. You will oversee material orders, customer service, and inventory management, and lead installation of servers and components using various tools.

Strong leadership and hands-on technical skills are required to ensure accurate assembly and safe operations. You will work with teams across loading, staging, and installation processes, perform quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Must be able to pass background checks and comply with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight ensuring part numbers and quantities are correct.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for critical spare parts at the datacenter.
• Install rack hardware and cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain 5S workplace standards.
