Job summary

DSV USA is seeking a Reconfigurations Team Lead at the Bridgeport datacenter. You will oversee material orders, inventory management, and customer material movement requests, and supervise assembly and installation of servers and electronic components using hand and power tools.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and the ability to work safely with live electrical equipment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Capable of performing essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Able to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading/unloading of inbound/outbound freight and manage shipping records.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for accuracy.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for critical spare parts.
• Process return shipments using multiple warehouse systems.
• Install rack hardware and position server racks with precision.
• Install cabling and components following diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment and maintain safety standards.
• Adhere to 5S and safety procedures; ensure punctuality and reliability.
