Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in consulting engineering or construction of substations or transmission lines.
• Proven experience as lead engineer, design manager, or project manager in utility or datacenter infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in transmission and substation design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering scope, schedule, and budget for datacenter power infra projects (greenfield, brownfield, retrofit).
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet capacity and operational goals.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, utility providers and project teams for smooth execution.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects including distribution, substation, and transmission systems.
• Lead technical reviews, develop project documentation, and ensure safety/engineering compliance.
