Job summary

E-Solutions in Austin, TX seeks an experienced network automation engineer to advance our lab and datacenter fabric designs. You will implement intent-based provisioning, automate VLANs, EVPN/VXLAN overlays, and contribute to robust, scalable lab operations.

You will work with Arista/Cisco NOS platforms, write Python, build templates with Jinja2, manage configs via Git, and ensure drift-free deployments while supporting cross-site lab services.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python for automating network tasks.
• Strong understanding of Linux networking concepts and routing.
• Experience with intent-based provisioning and inventory-driven configs.
• Focus on data hygiene, drift detection and reconciliation loops.
• Proven track record in lab or datacenter operations and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation for network provisioning and config generation.
• Design and implement templates and templates-driven workflows across sites.
• Manage version control, CI gates and automated validation of generated configs.
• Collaborate with lab teams on on-call rotations and incident response.
