Job summary

System One in Louisville seeks an ICT Lead / Datacenter Engineering to coordinate low voltage systems, oversee interfaces between BMS, EPMS, telecom, and network layers, and support commissioning and system integration. The role focuses on coordination, risk identification, and field execution oversight rather than detailed design production.

The candidate will liaise with IT and Security leaders and may benefit from a BICSI RCDD certification.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating low voltage systems across multiple trades.
• Ability to review design documents for constructability and flag risks early.
• Strong communication with IT and Security stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for all low voltage scope and interfaces.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors and identify scope gaps.
• Manage interfaces between BMS, EPMS, telecom, and network layers.
• Review design docs for constructability and flag field risks.
• Allocate resources across telecom, security, and power monitoring workstreams.
• Interface with client IT and Security leaders; translate technical risk for executives.
• Produce regular written reports on scope, risks, and decisions.
• Provide construction oversight and support commissioning and inter-system integration.
