Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks an experienced partner go-to-market leader to serve as Sr. Partner Strategy Manager - Datacenter.

This role defines partner marketing strategy, translating priorities into measurable plans and growth initiatives aligned with SHI sellers and solution leaders. As the strategic connector across datacenter sales, partner management and marketing, you will drive planning, QBRs, executive reviews, and joint strategy with key ecosystem partners to maximize datacenter

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in technology marketing or business.
• 3–5 years of product and solutions marketing experience in the technology industry.
• Experience marketing through the channel with VARs, resellers, distributors, or OEM/ISV partners.
• Ability to translate complex technologies into compelling customer value propositions.
• Strong analytical and KPI-driven mindset for strategic investments.

Responsibilities

• Develop partner marketing strategies that support datacenter growth priorities and services.
• Align partner investments with datacenter solution areas and governance models.
• Collaborate with solution leaders to translate market trends into scalable growth plays.
• Drive joint business plans, quarterly priorities, and executive engagements with partners.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and alliance teams to ensure GTM alignment.
