Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in California is seeking a Datacenter Product Engineer to scale GPU hardware for mass production. You will collaborate with NPIs and manufacturing teams to define test specs and optimize the production line.

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in EE/CE/IE/ME or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Knowledge of GPU/CPU development and system architecture.
  • Experience with high-speed interconnects, memories (HBM, GDDR), and server RAS.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with NPI teams for smooth production ramp at worldwide manufacturing sites.
  • Define DFx requirements for robust signal integrity performance related to layout, components, assembly procedures.
  • Develop and deliver test specs for system-level manufacturing screens to meet HW coverage and product requirements.
  • Drive alternate components qualifications and BOM updates.
  • Collaborate with CM to define product assembly line, test stations and fixtures for cost and throughput.
  • Craft solutions via volume data analysis and lab experiments to solve yield/test problems on the floor.
  • Lead optimization of production screen spec processes to minimize waste and meet test time, yield, and DPPM requirements.
  • Support customer escalations to identify gaps and fix coverage.
