This role offers progression toward full LCM responsibilities and emphasizes project execution, risk reduction, and operational readiness.

Ideal candidates will have 8–12 years in construction PM, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; willingness to learn Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years’ experience in construction project management.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems and structured cabling basics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn Power BI and automation tools.
• Education in engineering and construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, create detailed plans to accomplish goals and integrate tech activities.
• Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign tasks, and develop staff competencies.
• Analyze technology, resources, and market demand to assess feasibility.
• Consult with management, production, and marketing on specs and procedures.
• Review contracts and cost estimates.
