Ascendion is seeking a seasoned construction supervisor/manager for its Phoenix, AZ operations, to lead data center production with a blend of infra expertise and project coordination. You will align vendors, materials, and approvals to deliver on schedule and within budget, ensuring safety and operations readiness.

The role emphasizes staff motivation, process optimization, and rigorous quality control, with the goal of efficient, high-quality output across complex facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 10+ years experience required.
• Typically combines infra, PM, and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with staff to resolve production or processing problems.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect issues.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances.
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.
