Qualifications

• 10+ years total production/construction experience.
• 5+ years in datacenter construction and technical infrastructure delivery.
• 3+ years experience with network/telecom infrastructure, RNI readiness, project scheduling, and milestone management.

Responsibilities

• Direct field operations and coordinate general contractors, vendors, telecom, and security teams across datacenter construction projects.
• Implement quality control systems, monitor product standards, and resolve complex technical or operational bottlenecks.
• Drive critical project milestones including Beneficial Use, RNI, IST, lockdown, and final operational turnover.
• Oversee schedule dependencies, risk management, and milestone readiness to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and motivate production staff while maintaining accurate performance and operational records.
