Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead field activities on data center projects. You will coordinate the General Contractor and vendor partners, track safety performance, and oversee schedule, cost, and quality to ensure compliance with design documents.

You will report to the DCD PM, supervise on-site work five days a week, and drive risk mitigation, reporting, and execution to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with data center builds from scratch (hyperscale).
• Experience with greenfield through full construction and fit-outs.
• Experience with General Contractors and third parties management.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and compliance with drawings/schedule/contract.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure safety is the top priority on-site.
• Manage schedule, costs, and quality to meet project goals.
• Coordinate GC and vendor partners and monitor progress.
• Prepare status reports and risk mitigations.
