Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Project Leader for an on-site role in Ashburn, Virginia. You will support overall strategy, drive deliverables, and lead junior project leadership, field-superintendents and trades personnel toward successful, profitable project completion in a rapidly expanding datacenter program.

Responsibilities include coordinating kick-off meetings, reviewing progress, and preparing submittals and change orders.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction related to Telecommunications & Security Systems.
CPM Scheduling experience with General Contractor schedules.
4+ years in Federal Aviation, Government Airports, Higher-Education, or Information Transit projects.

Responsibilities

Proficient understanding of Telecommunication Systems including Fiber Optic & Structured Cabling, CCTV, OSP & ISP Copper, and DAS.
Lead design and deployment of Integrated Infrastructure and telecommunications systems.
Assist project Superintendent and Engineering with project documentation, layout, and field office support.
Coordinate and run project kick-off meetings and regular project reviews.
Research and compile submittals, identify/pricing change orders, and prepare estimates.
