Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a Business Applications Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled business apps across quoting, pricing, pipeline management, capacity planning, and forecasting.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to translate business needs into scalable solutions, embed tools into commercial workflows, and drive adoption with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years developing complex applications.
• 2+ years of AI experience.
• Experience with CRM and/or CPQ systems preferred.
• Experience supporting commercial or revenue operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to identify high-value solutions.
• Build and deploy AI-enabled applications using Databricks.
• Integrate data across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and contract systems.
• Embed tools into commercial workflows and drive adoption.
• Ensure governance and compliance.
• Report measurable improvements in revenue, margin, and forecast performance.
