Job summary

Everforth ECS in Arlington, VA seeks an Onboarding Specialist to join our hybrid office. You will lead end-to-end onboarding of datasets, users, workspaces, and analytical use cases on the CISA Databricks platform, translating complex tech needs into clear, actionable steps.

You will manage ServiceNow tickets, gather ingestion requirements, design workflows, and enforce least privilege for secure access. Strong communication with data owners and stakeholders is essential, as is attention to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 4 years relevant experience or 8 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ITSM platforms, specifically ServiceNow.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, Spark, AWS/Azure).
• Experience with data analysis, data profiling, or querying (SQL).
• Strong proficiency with Visio or similar tools for process diagrams.
• Understanding of identity and access management and least privilege.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for datasets, users, and workspaces on the Databricks platform.
• Review and manage ServiceNow tickets related to access, datasets, and incidents.
• Collaborate with data owners to document ingestion requirements, schemas, and usage parameters.
• Design and maintain onboarding workflows and platform architecture diagrams.
• Evaluate data sources for schema consistency and readiness before ingestion.
• Enforce least privilege across all access management and workspace policies.
• Provide guidance to tenants on access protocols and onboarding steps.
