Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks an Onboarding Specialist to lead the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for datasets, users, tenant workspaces, and critical cybersecurity use cases on the CISA Databricks platform.

You will monitor ServiceNow requests, collaborate with data owners on ingestion requirements, and design clear onboarding workflows and architecture diagrams. The role emphasizes least-privilege access and strong customer service within a hybrid Arlington, VA environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree +4 years of relevant experience (or 8 years of experience in lieu of degree).
• Ability to obtain a DHS Entry on Duty (EOD)/Public Trust.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, specifically ServiceNow.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms, preferably Databricks, Apache Spark, or cloud data lakes (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with basic data analysis, data profiling, or querying (SQL).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio for constructing process diagrams and workflows.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, focusing on least privilege.
• Outstanding attention to detail with high-velocity technical queues.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, translating technical requirements to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for datasets, users, and workspaces on the CISA Databricks platform.
• Monitor and manage incoming ServiceNow tickets related to platform access, datasets, and incidents.
• Collaborate with data owners to document ingestion requirements, schemas, and usage parameters.
• Design and maintain onboarding workflows, user journeys, and platform architecture diagrams.
• Evaluate data sources for schema consistency and readiness before ingestion.
• Enforce least-privilege access control across users, roles, and workspace policies.
• Assist tenants with onboarding steps and platform access protocols.
