We are seeking a Senior Data Architect and Analytics Leader to drive end-to-end Databricks-based modern data platforms, mentor teams, and shape strategic data & insights programs across cloud environments.
Strong expertise in Spark, Lakehouse, and governance is essential. You will partner with CIOs/CTOs, design scalable architectures, and lead capabilities in data engineering, ML, and AI
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience building solution architectures for large enterprises and complex transformation programs.
- Databricks expertise is a core requirement, including hands-on and architectural experience with Databricks Lakehouse Platform, Delta Lake, Spark, Unity Catalog, and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with data and technology leaders across client organizations to provide advisory services and thought leadership.
- Lead brown-bag sessions, workshops, and educational forums on data, AI, cloud, and platform perspectives for core clients.
- Conduct reviews of client data platforms, operating models, and technology practices; provide improvement recommendations and roadmaps.
- Provide technology leadership for Data & Insights transformation agendas spanning technology, organization, processes, and governance.
- Help recruit and assess key technology talent for critical client-facing roles.
- Create scalable technology solutions for first-of-a-kind, enterprise-wide initiatives.
