Job summary

Tiger Analytics, a trusted analytics partner for Fortune 100 clients, seeks a senior Data & Insights Architect to lead enterprise-scale data and AI platform transformations. You will drive advisory engagements, design scalable Databricks-based solutions, and mentor diverse teams across client engagements and internal initiatives.

In this role you’ll partner with CIOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders, develop reference architectures, and champion governance and cloud modernization programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing solution architectures for large enterprises
• Databricks expertise core: hands-on and architectural design
• Experience with Delta Lake, Spark, Unity Catalog, Workflows on Databricks
• Build and govern data engineering, analytics, ML/AI workloads on Databricks
• Experience integrating Databricks with Azure (AWS/GCP a plus)

Responsibilities

• Liaise with data and technology leaders to provide advisory services and thought leadership
• Lead brown-bag sessions, workshops, and educational forums for core clients
• Review client data platforms, operating models, and governance to propose roadmaps
• Provide technology leadership for Data & Insights transformation agendas
• Help recruit and assess key technology talent for client-facing roles
• Create scalable technology solutions for enterprise-wide initiatives
• Present Tiger's Data & Insights capabilities to prospects and executives
• Develop solution architectures, proposals, and responses to client requirements
• Partner with leaders to shape data, analytics, AI/ML, cloud modernization
• Mentor engineering, data, architecture, and analytics talent across levels
• Guide architecture resources across engagements and internal initiatives
• Develop thought-leadership content for go-to-market offerings
• Participate in hiring, assessment, and talent development
• Collaborate with offshore teams on solution design and delivery quality
