Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to drive design and delivery of enterprise data platforms. You will own architecture, guide teams, and stay hands-on with development in a cloud-native Databricks environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Databricks design and delivery.
• Experience leading solution architecture and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical data engineering for enterprise platforms.
• Lead implementation while remaining hands-on with development.
• Provide delivery estimates, sprint input, and technical guidance.
• Mentor data engineers and establish engineering best practices.
