Job summary

PRIMUS Global Services seeks a Data Engineer with strong Databricks expertise to design, develop, and support scalable data platforms for payroll, financial, and analytical datasets. This hybrid role is based in Parsippany, NJ, requiring 3 days onsite per week.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Databricks Workflows, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Python, SQL, PySpark, and data quality frameworks, building robust data pipelines and lakehouse

Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks and Unity Catalog in large-scale data platforms.
• Strong PySpark, Python and SQL proficiency.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and lakehouse architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data platforms for payroll, financial, and analytical datasets.
• Develop data pipelines and data models in lakehouse architectures.
• Ensure data quality and CI/CD integration for data pipelines.
