Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Data Engineer II to design, build, and optimize cloud-based data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Python, and SQL. You will modernize enterprise data platforms, develop batch and streaming workflows, and collaborate with client and Deloitte teams to deliver large-scale data transformation programs.

Required: a CS/Engineering/IS/Data Science/Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in data engineering, plus 2+ years with Databricks, Spark, Python, and SQL. Travel around 50% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in data engineering or ETL/data platform work.
• 2+ years building pipelines in Databricks using Spark, Python, SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Ability to travel ~50%.
