Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a Databricks & AWS Data Engineering Architect for a 12+ month contract in San Diego, CA. The hybrid role offers a competitive pay range and long-term opportunities with a major Banking Industry client.

Qualifications

• Must have Databricks, Data Architecture, PySpark, AWS, SQL, CI/CD, and data governance.
• Hands-on data engineering, data warehousing, and data architecture experience.
• Strong experience with Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and AWS.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale migration and modernization programs.
• Experience in CI/CD, data governance, and engineering best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
• Experience leveraging AI accelerators for code generation, code review, testing, and deployment automation.
• Data quality frameworks, validation controls, monitoring, observability, and root-cause analysis.
