Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a data-driven analyst to support the Director of Advertising & Promotions. You will build offers in Casino Market Place, GHS and TIS, maintain reports, and resolve data quality issues while training users.

Proficiency in Excel, Access, CMP and CRM data tasks, plus strong communication, time management and a keen eye for detail, are required. This role operates in a fast-paced casino environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• College degree in a related field is highly preferred.
• Expert Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Responsibilities

• Builds offers in Casino Market Place, GHS and TIS systems.
• Maintains and updates existing reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Investigates and solves data quality issues and trains users as needed.
• Uploads Player Tags in CMP.
• Prepares graphical interpretation of raw data.
• Performs ad-hoc analysis upon request.

Duties include, but not limited to:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.Builds offers in Casino Market Place, GHS and TIS systems.Maintains and updates existing reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.Investigates and solves data quality issues and trains users as needed.Manipulates and sorts player lists in preparations for direct mail vendors.Uploads Player Tags in CMP.Prepares graphical interpretation of raw data.Performs maintenance on various Access forms crated for operational processes.Prepares ad-hoc analysis upon request.Maintains professional relations with vendors, customers and harmonious relationships with co-workers.Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.Ensure prompt and discreet notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.
