Job summary

Systems Technology Forum LTD (STF) is seeking a seasoned database professional to administer, test, implement, and secure enterprise databases. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and mastery of complex data environments, with telework not supported.

The successful candidate will coordinate database changes, ensure data security, and work independently or in teams to support DoD programs and modernization efforts.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least ten (10) years of professional experience administering, testing, and implementing computer databases.
  • Experience coordinating database changes.
  • Experience implementing database security measures and safeguarding sensitive data.
  • Experience operating independently or coordinating database development in team-based environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provides SPIDER/RIPTIDE/NM.net troubleshooting, resolution recommendations, and manual updates (i.e., NDE- EP, NM.net, Integrated Logistics, and Afloat Modernization Planning System (AMPS)).
  • Supports IWP baseline accuracy through SPIDER /RIPTIDE database inputs for modernization planning.
  • Provides BLM support for the Engineering PTRB Integration. Examples of support functions include attending routine PTRBs, assessing and reporting on new systems, system-to-system dependencies, and capability-build system integration requirements.
  • Provides technical input during program and design reviews, conferences, and technical working groups, including comments, questions, and recommendations related to installation management.
  • AppliesDoD and DoN acquisition best practices software, middle tier, and business system pathways appropriate to each acquisition program or project.

Job Summary

Administers, tests, and implements computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems. Manages complex data environments and collaborates within technical teams to design, implement, secure, and maintain enterprise-level databases.

Telework is not supported. Travel is not required.

Salary

The minimum salary starts at $120,000 and the max is negotiable based on experience
