Job summary

IBSS Corp. in Washington, DC is seeking a Database Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Azure SQL databases and Cosmos DB environments for federal systems.

You will secure and monitor databases, support disaster recovery, and collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams on CI/CD initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years database engineering experience.
• Expertise with Azure SQL Database, Managed Instance, Cosmos DB, T-SQL, PowerShell, Azure CLI.
• Experience with Azure PaaS/IaaS, performance tuning, backup, security, and DevOps.
• U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret clearance.

Program Overview

Supports the NTIA ISCOM program by engineering secure Azure and hybrid database solutions supporting mission-critical Federal systems.

Position Overview
