Innova Solutions is seeking a Database Engineer for a 12-month contract in Charlotte, NC. The role requires on-site work with three days onsite and hybrid flexibility, focusing on Oracle SQL/PLSQL and MS SQL Server, performance tuning, and data modeling. Strong communication and leadership are expected, with experience in JIRA.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in latest Oracle Database version.
• Proficiency in TOAD and similar tools.
• Experience in OEM.
• Strong experience in SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Proven experience in Database Design and Data modeling (ER Diagram and Normalization).
• Strong understanding of Oracle architecture, memory structure, and background processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in performance tuning, including -
• Query Optimization
• Indexing strategies
• Use of AWR, ASH and Explain plan, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and review all database changes; apply industry design and development practices for DB changes.
• Perform database design, normalization, and SQL/PL-SQL development using Agile methodology.

Position Summary

• This role involves design, Developer and review all the Database changes . As a Database Engineer he/she will apply industry accepted design and development practices for perform all the database related changes like DB design, normalization, SQL/ PL-SQL using Agile Methodology
• 5+ Years experience of Oracle SQL Pl/ SQL Experience of MS SQL Server JIRA

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60/hr on w2 to $65/HR on W2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
