We are looking for a Database Engineer Level 2 with technical experience with:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases to include but not limited to Oracle, Postgres, Mongo and Redis
• Experience with SQL and the associated tools (SQL Developer, etc.)
• Experience developing long and short-term requirements for database administration and design

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and five (5) years\' experience as a Database Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Nine (9) years of experience required in lieu of bachelor’s degree.

Optional Skills

• Familiarity with AWS RDS
• Familiarity with database administrative tasks such as backups, database migrations and cloning and restoring (preferably using AWS RDS)
• Knowledge of PL/SQL
• Familiarity with SQL Developer session/sql monitoring tools
• Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite
• Experience working with Git for configuration management
