Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Database Developer for our client. As a Sr. Database Developer, the candidate will be responsible for writing, analyzing, and reviewing SQL queries, procedures, and functions. The candidate should have good experience applying indexing and database keys in SQL databases, as well as query optimization skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Write high-quality SQL queries, procedures, and functions based on requirements.
2. Analyze and review existing SQL queries, procedures, and functions, suggesting improvements.
3. Maintain knowledge of database objects such as tables, views, procedures, functions, triggers, cursors, temporary tables, table variables, and common table expressions.
4. Apply indexing and database keys to optimize performance.
5. Understand execution plans, statistics, plan cache, and query hints.
6. Perform query optimization, performance monitoring, and tuning.
7. Manage database transactions effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in SQL database development.
