Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Microsoft SQL experience with at least 4 years in an enterprise environment.
• 4 years of programming experience.
• Experience with MS SQL Server 2014/2016 or newer.
• Extensive SSIS/SSRS project experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain large-scale SQL Server database structures.
• Develop/maintain T-SQL code (stored procedures, functions).
• Develop/maintain SSIS projects for BI workloads.
• Develop/maintain SQL reporting with SSRS.
• Create production troubleshooting scripts for internal groups.
• Develop/maintain automation and deployment tools (PowerShell).
• Serve as a technical/research resource for Operations DBAs.
• Create/maintain database servers in development environments.
• Manage code/database objects with source control (TFS).

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain large scale SQL Server Database structures
• Develop/maintain T‑SQL code (Stored Procedures, functions, and reviews)
• Develop/maintain Business Intelligence SSIS projects (SSIS Project Deployment Preference)
• Develop/maintain SQL Reporting with SSRS
• Develop/maintain Production troubleshooting scripts for other internal groups
• Develop/maintain automation and deployment tools for the Operational DBAs (PowerShell Preference)
• Serve as a technical/research resource for the Operational DBAs
• Create/maintain Database servers within Development Environment
• Manage code/database objects with source control tool (i.e., TFS)

Qualifications / Background Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of Microsoft SQL experience with at least 4 years of operation experience in an enterprise database environment and 4 years of programming experience
• Experience with MS SQL Server 2014, 2016 or newer
• Worked extensively with complex SSIS and SSRS projects
• Experience with large data sets (their databases range from 40,000 rows to over a million rows of data)
