Job description

Database Analyst / Programmer Level 3. The position is on the VisionLink team within client Digital. The role focuses on business intelligence and data analysis related to the VisionLink equipment management application. Responsibilities include retrieving and analyzing data from Snowflake and Google Analytics, understanding customer behavior and feature usage, producing ad hoc reports, creating dashboards, providing insights to VisionLink product owners, and preparing/structuring data for AI-agent use cases. The role also involves communicating with internal teams, understanding reporting requirements, asking appropriate follow-up questions, and ensuring that the delivered analysis/report answers the business need correctly.

Education & Experience Required

• Degree not required but they must have a minimum of 5 yrs exp in this capacity

• Proven experience in the ability to query and analyze large & complex data sets · in Snowflake or other similar tools (typically 2+ years)
• Experience with AI workflows such as data pipeline engineering and prompt engineering
• Proven experience in design and prototyping dynamic views and visualizations for large and complex data sets in Tableau and/or Power BI (typically 2+ years)
• Practical experience delivering production deployed solutions (typically 2+ years)
• Self-starter and driven while working well in team environment
• Strong attention to detail in order to spot inaccuracies in coding or data
• Experience with data structures using SQL
