Qualifications

• Understanding customer behavior and feature usage to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and delivering reports/dashboards; document offerings and suggest upgrades.
• Identify user requirements for reports or dashboards and define technical specs; share docs with senior analysts.
• Support senior analysts by fulfilling data requests and providing technical assistance.
