Job summary

Driveline in Goodlettsville, TN is seeking a Database Analyst to support retail space planning. The role focuses on maintaining and adjusting store attachments in a relationship-based database and collaborating with the Space Planning Team to ensure accurate planogram allocation to stores.

• Provide category and sub-category information for effective planogram assortments.
• Provide initial store lists aligned with product and planogram distribution at store level.
• Create and review exception reporting related to POG changes.
• Assist in interdepartmental data sharing responsibilities.

This is a hybrid role that requires in office work in the Goodlettsville, TN office several days per week.

Summary

TheDatabaseAnalystis a highly detailed, tactical position supporting retail Space Planning initiatives. This position will maintain and adjust store attachments in a relationship-based database. Additionally, this position will work directly with the Space Planning Team to ensure accurate planogram allocation to stores and assist with other various tasks as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Adjust and review the store associated planogram attachments that align to the buying needs specific to cluster programs and procurement requirements related to planogram resets, updates (cut-ins), and footage change requests
• Understand, adjust, and communicate POG dependencies/rule sets to manage the store to planogram attachments
• Manage the footage change requests form to ensure correct store planogram footage
• Provide category and sub-category information for effective plan product assortments
• Provide initial store lists in alignment with the product and planogram distribution at store level
• Provide reports related to POG attachment changes in order to manage and understand potential issues related to field initiated POG changes
• Create and review exception reporting
• Assists in interdepartmental data sharing responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, required
• Ability to adapt easily and handle several tasks at one time
• Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form

Work Experience & Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
• 1 + years of experience in working in a business-related environment required
• Experience with JDA Software systems a plus
