Job summary

The Exchange is seeking an entry-level business analyst to develop a strong understanding of the assigned program. Under close supervision, the associate will extract data and provide analyses to stores, vendors, and HQ staff.

The role focuses on learning, supporting data-driven decision making and working with multiple stakeholders across the organization from HQ to stores.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in analysis, evaluations or other substantive determinations with regard to current and/or projected marketing/purchasing/sales and other operating programs, interpreting written materials and organizing/coordinating work.
• Bachelor's degree with one year of experience in analysis, evaluations or other substantive determinations with regard to current and/or projected marketing/purchasing/sales and other operating programs, interpreting written materials and organizing/coordinating work.

Responsibilities

• Assists in analyzing business conditions and in the development of business policies.
• Compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
